Using th...I'm no expert - it's a tough one. Using the Collins Bird Guide, the flanks look Alba and has some Juv features around ear coverts and bill light like Juv Alba. But a winter Alba doesn't have the black crown and sharp border between nape and mantle. The Macmillan Field Guide seems to suggest adult winter Alba has some dark on crown though.
